OUR SERVICES
WHAT WE DO
SEEDS Therapy Center, Inc. brings focused education, and behavioral support to address social-sexual concepts for people with disabilities. In particular, it increases relationship formation and boundaries, teaches public versus private behaviors, and awareness of social- sexual legalities to decrease law enforcement interventions and reduce the risk of sexual exploitation.
Our materials are designed to address the concepts included in comprehensive sex education in a simple, concrete, and engaging way.
OUR APPROACH
SEEDS provides a collaborative, interdisciplinary team to teach our students. By using a collaborative approach, we can use our diverse expertise to assist each individual and their support system to create a comprehensive educational plan that follows their family values and focuses on their strengths and interests.
SEEDS uses current evidence-based practices within the areas of Behavioral Health, Mental Health, and Family Life Education to meet all of our client’s educational needs.
WHO WE SERVE
SEEDS offers a variety of learning opportunities for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Social Communication Disorder, Emotional/Behavioral Disorder, and Learning Disabilities.
Typically, SEEDS focuses our services on adolescents, teens and adults, however individuals of all ages may be assisted within this area.
SERVICES
Outpatient services are developed by a team of specially trained professionals who provide varying levels of support and education, creating a collaborative approach.
